Aditi Malhotra (India, 28, Ceramic Artist)
Q: What is your name, and tell us a little about yourself?
I am Aditi Malhotra, a ceramic artist. I work with clay in its most vulnerable state—before it hardens, before it decides what it will be. My practice happens slowly, often in silence.
Q: How did you reason when you decided how to craft your perfume?
I named this perfume Kiln because transformation requires patience and restraint. I worked with earthy warmth, subtle florals, and quiet air—elements that change not by force, but by time. I selected Earth as my element, because everything must pass through it. My intention was Focus—because creation demands stillness.
Q: How was the result, and how does it make you feel?
Like trusting a process you cannot rush. Calm, grounded, and complete in its becoming.
Quote:
“My perfume is shaped by time, not haste.”
